IT minister vows to uplift freelancers

Federal Minister for Science and Technology Dr Umar Saif vowed on Saturday to uplift the freelancers in the country.

Addressing the ceremony in Lahore, Saif highlighted simplifying the technique for freelancers in Pakistan to get hold of cash from overseas countries. Thanks to developments on worldwide platforms, freelancers can now get the right of entry to money instantly.

In addition, Saif disclosed plans for a startup mortgage program, inspired by Punjab’s E-Rozgaar initiative, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship in the technology sector.

Saif emphasized that complete practice will be provided to folks venturing into new corporations inside the science field.

He underscored the collaboration with universities nationwide to set up innovation centers. These centers are expected to play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing technological innovation.

Saif expressed a commitment to extend high-speed web accessibility to additional cities and rural areas through collaboration with investors.
