The IT Ministry and Telecommunication have plans to teach 15,000 Pakistanis new and specialized technologies below the “Capacity Building of IT Industry in Specialization Technologies & Platforms program”.
Education will be furnished to children and women in new and complicated applied sciences like BlockChain, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, e-health, BPO, e-agriculture, and other fields.
According to the document, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) in consultation with industry and academia will select the most required and demanded applied sciences to impart training.
Under this application, three hundred master trainers will be produced on specialized applied sciences like blockchain, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc. These grasp trainers will then aid the enterprise in designing HR development programs, designing curricula, and imparting training.
A high-level steerage committee will be shaped for the decision of training partners and trainers, determination of training courses, and their durations. The mission steering committee will have high-level illustrations from the IT Ministry and Telecom, the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the Pakistan Software Houses Association (PASHA), and different relevant stakeholders.
An IT Industry-wide survey will be performed to recognize the fresh demand for an exceptionally knowledgeable body of workers and respective technologies. Based on survey effects requests for proposals will be designed and companies will be selected that have complete mastering administration structures for delivery of training with an option to participate online in programs, the ministry official said.
According to the MoITT, the complete cost of imparting education to 15000 folks is Rs. 2,000 million but the government has allotted Rs. 1,000 million in the first stage. The 2,500 trainees finishing their education successfully will be positioned as interns in the IT businesses for 3 months and a stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month will be paid to every trainee.
